To support and fight cyber crime forensic investigators will need to invest in the fastest and most technologically advanced forensic imaging solutions available. The Forensic Falcon imager is an innovative, multi- tasking, high speed portable platform in a space-saving footprint that provides expandability to meet the future technological advances in digital forensics. The Forensic Falcon sets a new standard of excellence in digital forensic data imaging solutions at a very affordable price.
Fast Forensic Imaging with verify, 5TB + HDDs and SSDs, SAS, SATA, IDE, USB3, FW, imaging speeds approaching 20GB**. Max speed is rated at 37GB
Multi-source, multi-destination, multi-tasking Imaging 4 write-protected source ports, 5 destination ports and one gigabit Ethernet port.
Embedded encryption/decryption, secure your data.
Forensic filter-based file copy, Select certain file types (PDFs, word docs, JPEGs). EO1, EX01, DDI, NTFS, EXT04 format support.
Remote Network connectivity, Image to a network location with Gigabit Ethernet, CIFS or iSCSI protocols.
Multi Drive Write blocker, preview all locations.
Use as a secure high speed drive erasure, dual drive erase feature.
Dual Drive copy or twinning. Image two drives at a time to two destinations or twin one source to two destination locations.
Parallel imaging. Image the same source drive to multiple destination locations using different imaging formats (e.g. e01 and DDI)

The Forensic Falcon platform eliminates the need to handle and carry bulky sets of imaging tools or storage arrays and reduces the risk of compromising the chain of custody and evidential security. The easy to use touch screen display allows users to identify features at a glance and control of the unit. The Forensic Falcon can also be network connected for remote access and control. The Forensic Falcon imager is an integral component of a premier platform of professional forensic data capture and imaging solutions from Tap Systems Ltd.
Product Features:
Multiple Imaging Ports These are the Write-protected source ports. 2 SAS/SATA, 1 USB 3.0 (these can be converted to SATA using an optional USB to SATA adapter), 1 Firewire, 1 SCSI (using an optional SCSI Module)
Multiple Image Formats Native or mirror copy, DD image, e01, ex01 and file-based copy. e01 and ex01 feature user-selectable compression levels with SHA1, SHA256 or MD5 authentication.
Broad Interface Support with
Built-in support for SAS/ SATA/ USB and Firewire storage devices.
Gigabit Ethernet port for network connectivity is built-in. In addition the unit includes a USB 3.0 device port for drive preview and two USB 2.0 host ports
Network Push Feature Push evidence files from destination drives connected to the Falcon or from a Falcon repository to a network location. The Falcon will generate a log file for each Push process.
HPA and DCO Capture Detect and capture Host Protected Areas (HPA) and Device Configuration Overlay (DCO) on the source (suspect) drive.
Fast Forensic Imaging with verify, 5TB + HDDs and SSDs, SAS, SATA, IDE, USB3, FW, imaging speeds approaching 20GB**. Max speed is rated at 37GB
Forensic, Filter-Based File Copy Users can filter and then image by the extended file name (such as .PDF, .xls, .JPEG, .mov etc.).
7″ Touch Screen Uses a capacitive touch screen with an on-screen keyboard
Image to or from a Network Location Image to a network location or a NAS using CIFS protocol and/or image from a network location using iSCSI.
Multi-task Improve efficiency and shorten the evidence collection process with the ability to perform up to five tasks concurrently.
Secure Data Erasure Wipe up to DoD specifications or use Secure Erase to erase drives. Two drives simultaneously at a time.
Multiple Destination ports These are the Write-enabled ports. 2 SAS/SATA, 2 USB 3.0 (these can be converted to SATA using an optional USB to SATA adapter), 1 Firewire, or 1 SCSI (using an optional SCSI Module)
Concurrent Image + Verify (Patent-Pending) Imaging and verifying concurrently takes advantage of destination hard drives that may be faster than the source drive. Total image process time may be reduced by up to half.
Extremley Fast Imaging The Falcon meets future hard drive speed improvements with SAS/SATA-3 6GB/s maximum rated speed of 37GB/min.
Web-based User Interface Allows you to connect from a web browser and manage all operations remotely. The browser features automatic page scaling for iPADs.
Write Blocker Drive Preview The Falcon features write-protected source ports. Use the Falcon as an external write-blocker using the USB 3.0 device port for secure drive preview/image transfer.
parallel Imaging Simultaneously perform multiple imaging tasks from the same source drive to multiple destinations using different imaging formats
Multi-source, multi-destination, multi-tasking Imaging
4 write-protected source ports, 5 destination ports and one gigabit Ethernet port.
Encryption Secure your sensitive evidence data with AES 256 bit encryption. TrueCrypt or FreeOTFE.
